Monetary & Experience Vouchers:

• Voucher/s purchased are valid for a period of one (01) year from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers only valid for local residents and resident visa holders. Sri Lankan Identity card or the local resident VISA should be produced upon check in at the hotel
• Bookings must be made a minimum fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival.
• Reservations will be confirmed on availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• To redeem the voucher, the customer can call on +94112308408 or email to vouchers@aitkenspence.lk mentioning the desired hotel from the Aitken Spence chain of hotels.
• This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. Any unused value will be fortified
• A supplement will be applicable for redemption of a hotel stay voucher during the following period: 20 December – 10 January and 10 April to 20 April of an applicable period.
• The voucher is non-transferable.
